Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on shiptastictracking.com and in the ShipTastic app, operated by RoboTastic Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR (business registration no. 75229437), of 20/F Wellable Commercial Building, 513 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong SAR. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Your choice
Only strictly necessary storage is used until you choose. Analytics and advertising stay off unless you accept them in the cookie banner; Google's Consent Mode starts as denied for everything. You can change your mind at any time from Cookie preferences (also in every page footer). Withdrawing consent stops new analytics and advertising storage and removes our own attribution keys.
2. Strictly necessary (always on)
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
st_consent | Local storage | Remembers your cookie choice | Until you clear it or we change this policy |
st_theme | Local storage | Remembers light or dark theme, only if you switch it | Until you clear it |
st_session | Cookie (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax) | Keeps you signed in to your account | 7 days |
3. Analytics (only with your consent)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
st_first_touch, st_last_touch | ShipTastic (local storage) | Which campaign brought you here (UTM source, medium, campaign) | Until you clear it or withdraw consent |

ph_*_posthog | PostHog (EU cloud) | Product analytics: pages and clicks | Up to 1 year |
4. Advertising (only with your consent)
If you accept advertising, these tags measure whether our ads led to a sign-up and let us show ShipTastic ads to people who visited. They load only after you accept, and only once the account IDs are installed.
| Names (examples) | Provider | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
li_fat_id, bcookie, lidc | LinkedIn Insight Tag | Conversion tracking and retargeting on LinkedIn | Up to 1 year |
_gcl_au | Google Ads | Conversion tracking for Google Ads | 90 days |
_fbp, _fbc | Meta Pixel | Conversion tracking and retargeting on Facebook and Instagram | 90 days |
_uetsid, _uetvid | Microsoft Advertising (UET) | Conversion tracking for Microsoft (Bing) ads | 1 day / up to 13 months |
Names and lifetimes of third-party cookies are set by each provider and can change; their own policies apply to what they collect.
5. No other third parties before you choose
Fonts, the 3D globe and its map data are served from our own domain, so a page makes no request to a third party until you accept. Links to LinkedIn, Google Calendar or robotasticlimited.com contact those sites only when you click them.

Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics and advertising cookies for that browser, whatever you chose earlier, until you change your choice in cookie settings.
