What counts as a shipment?
One shipment is a single container or bill of lading tracked end-to-end for the month — live vessel position, milestones, predictive ETA and alerts, all the way to arrival. Re-checking a shipment you're already tracking never costs extra.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free is a full simulation of ShipTastic running on sample data, so you can explore the real dashboard, live map and Ask AI and see exactly how tracking works — no card required. Paid plans start at $29.99 per month when you're ready to track live shipments.
Do I save money by moving up a plan?
Yes — the more you ship, the less each shipment costs. Starter works out to about $2.00 per shipment, Pro $1.60, Max $1.33 and Enterprise a flat $1.20. Extra shipments beyond your allowance are $2.00 each on Starter, Pro and Max, so if you regularly go over, the next plan up almost always costs less than paying overage on your current one.
What happens if I go over my monthly shipments?
Nothing stops — you keep tracking. Extra shipments beyond your allowance are billed at $2.00 each on Starter, Pro and Max. Enterprise is billed at a flat $1.20 per shipment with no separate overage.
How does Enterprise pricing work?

Can I change plans later?
