A ShipTastic credit is the unit used on our platform to track ocean container shipments. Each new container or B/L you track uses one credit. Once a shipment is added, you can continue to monitor it without using more credits. Credits never expire.

What is the pricing policy of ShipTastic?
ShipTastic uses a credit-based tracking system. Each new shipment you add uses 1 credit, while you can make unlimited queries for shipments already uploaded without using additional credits. When tracking with a B/L number, only 1 credit is consumed regardless of how many containers are included under that B/L. Volume rebates apply automatically: $1.85 each when you buy 10 or more, $1.75 for 50 or more, and $1.50 for 100 or more.
Does tracking multiple containers under one B/L require multiple credits?
No. If you track a shipment using a Master Bill of Lading (B/L) number, only 1 credit is consumed, regardless of how many containers are included under that B/L.
How does the ShipTastic credit system work?

Can I use ShipTastic for free?
Yes. New users can sign up and receive their first container free to try ShipTastic and its tracking features.
What payment methods does ShipTastic accept?
