Does ShipTastic show the temperature inside a reefer container?
No. ShipTastic tracks where the container is, its milestones and when it is due. For the set temperature and readings, keep using your carrier's or reefer provider's data.
Can I track by purchase order instead of container number?
Yes. Tag a container with your PO or supplier reference and find it by that. On Starter and above you can also upload a spreadsheet of container, PO or SO numbers.
How do demurrage alerts work?
You set a rule once. When a container is delayed, rolled over or at risk of demurrage, ShipTastic sends an email to the people you choose.
